This license applies to audio used as part of your own original creative work and does not permit redistribution of PureBinaural-created audio as a standalone product.

2. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, or publish audio created with PureBinaural as standalone audio files, downloadable collections, sound libraries, or as part of another audio generator, sound library, or competing service without prior written permission.

This license applies only to audio created through PureBinaural and does not grant ownership of the individual ambient recordings, sound effects, or other source audio assets used by the project.

3. Disclaimer

Audio created with PureBinaural is provided "as is". Ambient sounds and other audio assets included in the project are properly licensed for use within PureBinaural.

You are responsible for how you use exported audio and for complying with the terms, copyright policies, and community guidelines of any third-party platform where your content is published.

Attribution is not required. However, mentioning PureBinaural or linking back to the website is always appreciated.
